PORTAL geoBIA FOR THE COMMON


geoBIA is a portal that is innovative, intuitive and easy to use, designed to automate the generation of Certificates of Urban use (CDU) for all parcels that fall in a given territory. Thanks to this advanced platform, the timing of the issuance of the certificates on the part of the municipalities are significantly reduced, allowing them to offer a service that is fast, efficient, and complete. In this way, governments can eliminate manual, repetitive tasks, and time-consuming, reducing the bureaucratic burden and assuring citizens and professionals a high-quality service, timely and reliable.

How it works geoBIA?

Lthe use of the portal geoBIA is simple and intuitive.
The user will simply need to:

1 – Log in to the portal with your credentials.

2 – Select one or more parcels and ask for a Certificate of zoning.

3 – Wait for the automatic processing of the CDU; as soon as it is ready you will be notified by e-mail.

4 – Finally, to download the CDU in the format that is editable so you can add information (e.g. protocol) or modify it before sending it to the applicant of the final.

What is included in each certificate?

Every certificate produced from the portal includes detailed information on the classification of urban area and a quantification of the surfaces in absolute values (mq) and percentages (%), accompanied by images based on orthophotos and cadastral maps. This ensures a clear and complete vision of the urban situation, supporting technical decisions, and administrative.

The portal geoBIA offers different levels of analysis of the legislation, allowing for in-depth coverage not only of the Municipal development Plan (PUC), but also of the other tools in spatial planning, relevant, and adapting to the specific needs and providing a framework for complete information and up-to-date.
